Wirth International contributes prominently by providing drilling equipment for the Oil Industry with well known quality and reliability. Our experience in this field is clearly visible. It is based on more than 100 years of experience in drilling of the international group of companies and this can be traced back to the pioneer in drilling Anton Raky. In 1905 the first pump was constructed in our factory in Erkelenz. Today Wirth products are characterized by their extraordinarily high quality and long life.

The product portfolio of Wirth International consists of Drawworks, Rotary Swivels, Rotary Tables, PTD-Portables, Derrick Drilling Machines in combination with rotary tables for international projects.

The continental deep drilling project in Windischeschenbach (KTW) should be mentioned as one of the most important projects in the Onshore sector. The achieved drilling depth of 9100 m represented a record at that time.

Along with this Wirth qualified successfully in the Offshore Sector with projects all over the world as for example in the North Sea, Caspian Sea etc.
